Zum 60-Jährigen Jubiläum von Peter Thomas‘ legendärer Musik für die Raumpatrouille gibt es Ende Mai eine edle und erweiterte Ausgabe auf Vinyl und Cd. In meiner Playlist, versuche ich mal, den Exoten Peter Thomas mit einer anderen aber nicht minder fantasievollen „Sternenmusik“ von Gregory Uhlmann zu verknüpfen, eine in meinen Ohren ziemlich fesselnde Version dessen, was Brian Eno einst „where am I – music“ nannte. Und danach überrascht Eivind Aarset mit seiner Version einer wilden lauten „Space Fusion Research Company“.
